What You Will Learn

​The 40-Hour Family Financial Mediated Settlement Conference Training Program is a course designed for professionals interested in certifying through the NC Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate Family Financial Settlements.

This 40-Hour course teaches a six-step mediation process and focuses on advanced mediation skills specific to the
Family Financial arena. Time is also spent identifying red flags for domestic violence and working with
​collaborative law attorneys.

This course has been certified by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission for CLE Credit: 21 Hours,
​including 3 hours of ethics.
