40-Hour NC Superior Court Mediation Training
Offered by Carolina Dispute Settlement Services in partnership with the Dispute Resolution Institute
The 40-hour Superior Court Mediated Settlement Conference training program is a course designed for professionals interested in certifying through the NC Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate Superior Court and Workers’ Compensation claims. This 40-hour course teaches a six-step mediation process and focuses on advanced mediation skills specific to the Superior Court arena. Areas of discussion include negotiation theory, practical skills, rules and ethics. This course has been certified by the NC Resolution Commission pursuant to Rule 9. Application for CLE credit has been made.
