Honorable Ronald Bogle

Honorable Ronald Bogle has over thirty years of professional legal experience. Before entering private practice, Judge Bogle began his career as an Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting federal criminal cases for the U.S. Department of Justice. In his private practice, Judge Bogle emphasized family law, business law and negligence cases. He has served both as a District Court and Superior Court Judge. Judge Bogle currently serves as an emergency judge and conducts an active mediation and arbitration practice. He is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate both Family Financial and Superior Court cases. Recognized for his expertise in mediation and arbitration, Judge Bogle has served as an instructor training other mediators and arbitrators. Judge Bogle is also a recipient of the Douglas Award for outstanding contributions to the judiciary.
