Honorable Ralph Walker

Honorable Ralph Walker has over thirty-five years of professional legal experience. In addition to his seventeen years of experience as a trial and appellate court judge in North Carolina, he has over thirteen years of experience as an arbitrator, mediator, hearing officer and referee in a variety of areas including contract, labor, construction, commercial, personal injury, mal-practice and property damage cases. He served seven years as the first Chair of the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission, and is a member of the North Carolina Court of Appeals Mediation Committee he is included on the rosters of the American Arbitration Association and Carolina Dispute Settlement Services. Judge Walker currently serves as the Director of the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts.
