Mark S. Lorence is an attorney with over 20 years experience handling complex litigation involving business and real estate related disputes in both state and federal court systems. Mr. Lorence’s experience also includes having been general counsel for a national bank and municipal lawyer. In addition to his practice, Mr. Lorence has served extensively in a quasi-judicial capacity as circuit court case evaluator and has been a professional advisor to a major university study on consumer finance as well as a speaker at many continuing education seminars.
Mr. Lorence is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct mediated settlement conferences for Superior Court civil actions.
