Leila Jabbar is the Director of Training Services for Carolina Dispute Settlement Services. Ms Jabbar has practiced in the field of alternative dispute resolution since 1999 and has mediated over one thousand cases in the areas of district, superior court, employment and business disputes. Ms Jabbar has been involved with academic research regarding mediation in domestic violence cases and alternative dispute resolution, integrating conflict management system design, and serves as a consultant to business and government organizations. She has served both as a speaker and trainer at various seminars including the American Bar association ADR Section, Winchester Restorative Justice Conference in England, the UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in Thailand. She has experience in law firm management, consults on law firm management, and has served as an Equal Employment /Affirmative Action Associate at NC State University. Ms Jabbar received a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Management from NC State University and is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct NC Superior Court mediations.
