Ken Dougherty, Esq.

Ken Dougherty is an attorney and mediator. He is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct Superior Court and Family Financial And Clerk mediations. He received his law degree from Regent University School of Law and his practice focuses on superior court, family, workers’ compensation, employment and health law. Prior to attending law school Mr. Dougherty worked as an independent contractor assisting national and international companies with technology and management issues.
