Jeffrey M. Seigle, Esq.

Jeffrey M. Seigle, JD is a Collaborative Attorney, arbitrator and mediator with over twenty-two years of professional legal experience practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, real-estate, family and juvenile law. Mr. Seigle has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases in the areas of divorce, contracts, commercial and employment law. He serves both as a speaker and trainer at various mediation and collaborative law seminars and ADR conferences. Mr. Seigle is an instructor for both the ADR clinical course and evening Superior Court course at North Carolina Central School of Law and has taught collaborative law, mediation and arbitration at Campbell University School of Law, and the University of North Carolina Teaching Hospital. Mr. Seigle received his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a founding member of the Carolina Collaborative Law Group and limits his practice to alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Seigle has served on the Governor’s Juvenile Crime Commission, is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves on the Collaborative Law Committee to the ADR Section; he is a District Court Arbitrator, and holds certificates in both Superior Court and Family Financial mediation. He has served on the Boards of Haven House Inc, Wake Teen Medical and has been an Assistant Attorney General to the State of North Carolina litigating tort claims arising from employment and worker compensation complaints.
