Carolina Dispute Settlement Services is located between Rex Hospital and the North Carolina Art Museum. We are in the Rexwood Center V (5) building.

From 440 Beltline

Take Exit 5 at Lake Boone Trail and follow signs for Hospital (Rex). Rexwood Center V is located on the opposite of Lake Boone Trail from Rex Hospital on Rexwood Drive. Rexwood Center V (Roman numeral 5) is the second building in located on your left hand side.

From Wade Avenue

Take the Blue Ridge Road Exit off of Wade Avenue which is between the 440 Beltline and the RBC Center (where Hurricanes play hockey). Turn towards the North Carolina Art Museum and Rex Hospital (and away from State Fair grounds). Take a right turn onto Lake Boone Trail. Take another right turn one block down at Rexwood drive. Rexwood Center V (Roman numeral 5) is the second building in located on your left hand side.

Bus Transportation

Public transportation information is available from the City of Raleigh. Catch the Route 4 Rex Hospital or the Route 16 Oberlin bus. In either case, ask the driver to let you off at the stop closest to the intersection of Lake Boone Trail and Blue Ridge Road.
