Board of Directors

CDSS' board of directors includes members from outside CDSS imparting balance and perspective for the services and programs we provide. The board generally meets once per quarter with additional meetings as needed.

The board's responsibilities include:

• setting objectives and strategies for meeting those objectives
• formulating policies and guidelines
• monitoring internal controls
• ensuring compliance with legislation
• promoting the general use of alternative dispute resolution methods in their spheres of influence and CDSS in particular
